What is Shamanism

Shamanism has existed for over 50,000 years and is the ancient practice of bridging the connection between physical reality and non-physical reality (spiritual realms) to ask for guidance and healing. A shaman or shamanic practitioner acts as the middle-person or vessel to commune and work with divine spiritual helpers and to facilitate their teachings, messages, and healing. The shamanic practitioner uses a combination of sacred instruments such as drums, rattles, and singing to enter an alternative state of consciousness and communicate with the spiritual realm. A shamanic healing can be impactful for mental, emotional, spiritual, and/or physical ailments.

What does a shamanic healing session look like?

The sessions can be held in person or virtually over video call or phone call. All methods are equally effective due to the fact that shamanic work and spiritual work transcends time and space. During the session, we will discuss your intentions and goals for the healing. I will be using drumming, rattling, and singing to connect with my divine helpers and they will assist me to send you the healing that you need. I will ask you to sit back, close your eyes, and be open to receive the healing. Everyone feels things in their own way, from not much at all to seeing colors/imagery or feeling tingly/hot/cold, these are all perfect experiences. Clients usually feel very light, at peace, and refreshed after their session.

The Shamanic Healing session may include the following:

1) Extracting negative energy attachments (also known as spiritual intrusions)

2) Clearing the body and energy field of any entities that do not belong there

3) Merging a power animal to the body for protection and guidance

4) Soul Retrieval - Bring back lost soul parts that may have left during trauma in your life

5) Sending in healing power to strengthen the mind, body, and spirit
